All evaluations and transactions are conducted in person by appointment within the San Antonio, Texas area. Please arrive on time for your scheduled meeting. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance.

2. Pricing Policy

All quotes provided by Phone Haven USA are initial estimates based on the information you provide.
Final offers may change after an in-person inspection of the device to confirm:

IMEI verification

Quotes are not binding until the final in-person review.

3. Right to Refuse

While we strive to buy phones from individuals, Phone Haven USA reserves the right to decline any transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.
This may include but is not limited to:

Device condition not as described
Ownership concerns
Market demand
Other factors that may prevent a purchase

4. IMEI Policy

We collect IMEI numbers to verify the device and provide accurate quotes.
We do not use this information for any purpose beyond the quote process and device verification. We do not share IMEI numbers with third parties.

5. Payment Policy

Payments are made immediately at the time of the in-person transaction. Payment will be provided via cash or another mutually agreed-upon method. No shipping, deposits, or online payments are accepted.

6. Communication Policy

By providing your contact information, you agree to allow Phone Haven USA to contact you by phone, email, or SMS regarding your inquiry or scheduled appointments. You may opt out of communications at any time.

7. No Shipping Policy

Phone Haven USA does not offer shipping or mail-in services. All business is conducted locally and in person within the San Antonio area.

8. Device Ownership Requirement

You must be the legal owner of any device you wish to sell.
We will not purchase any device that is reported stolen, financed with unpaid balances, or under carrier restrictions.
